Library Centers for Effective Nonprofits is a collaborative project of the Lewis & Clark Library System, The Shawnee Library System, The Nonprofit Services Consortium; funded by the WK Kellogg Foundation.

There are five southern Illinois libraries involved in the project. Each library will have a special area in its building that features services and materials geared toward nonprofits.

The five libraries are:
